Her experience includes work in a small family businesses, real estate, recruiting, corporate and operational accounting in the private sector, and family office financial management. She is committed to providing clients with thorough and personalized financial and tax guidance.

Raised between New Jersey and Buenos Aires, Argentina, Silvia enjoys quality time with her family and her cherished German Shepherds. She finds wind therapy when she rides her Harley Trike all summer long.

Rox holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Mexico, which grants her the professional title of Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Additionally, she earned a Technician Certificate in Accounting in the United States.  She began her career at an accounting firm in Mexico and later served as General Manager and Accountant for an English school.

Since 2023, she has volunteered as a tax preparer with AARP and holds a Tax Preparer Certification. She is a bilingual professional that values helping others and creating trusted relationships that make a real difference.

Jessica is originally from New Jersey and was raised in Miami, Florida. She holds an Associate of Science degree and brings a strong foundation in business operations, financial organization, and client service.

With two years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, Jessica is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting efficient business operations.

She also has extensive experience as an Office Manager for a medical practice, where she developed exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and administrative skills. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she provides clear communication and personalized support to a diverse client base.

Tiffany Ingram is a Senior Accounting Analyst from New Jersey with over 30 years’ experience in Accounting and Financial reporting, 20 of which she specialized in budgeting and forecasting. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mount Saint Mary College.

She also has extensive Supervisory experience for a Private Energy from Waste company where she developed exceptional data-driven strategies based on the daily operations, problem solving, training of employees, and customer service skills.

Outside of the work, Tiffany enjoys reading, spending quality time with family and friends, and volunteering for multiple organizations.

Liz Rowland has built a strong career in bookkeeping, backed by 15 years of accounting experience and 8 years using QuickBooks Online (QBO).

She takes pride in helping clients streamline their finances and stay on top of their books. In her free time, Liz loves traveling with her husband, hiking with friends, and cherishing time with her three adult sons.
